Delegates must have the regular documents (duly completed and signed application form, original passport valid for at least six months, passport-size photographs, proof of residence, etc.) which are required by the Indian High Commission, to apply for an Indian visa. The organizers have obtained No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Government Agencies which shall be provided to delegates for obtaining VISA.
All delegates requiring a letter of invitation & NOCs for visa application purposes may request after registration. We will not be able to issue any letter of invitation without receiving the registration and the payment of the required registration fees. Please note that the organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate. However, we will assist Delegates in every possible manner to get Visa for the Conference by sending their details to Government Authorities. Should your visa application be declined, you can send a request for a refund of the registration fees to Conference registration office by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) before 1st September 2016. A scanned copy of the visa decline letter should be attached to your request. For requests received as from 2nd September 2016, the cancellation policy for general conference registrations will apply. USD 50 shall be deducted for issuance of Letter of Invitation and other documents.
